Christopher (Kit) B. Miller dvm

A 1989 graduate of U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Miller moved East where he completed his clinical internship and worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Delaware Equine Center in Cochranville, Pennsylvania.

In 1997, he started his own practice, developing an extensive performance horse clientele throughout the country. A resident of Katonah, New York, Dr. Miller services our clients from the New York office year round and has an established clientele in the area.

He spends the winter months in Florida, to provide services to his clients at the Winter Equestrian Festival. Additionally, he has accompanied the United States Equestrian Show Jumping Team at horse shows throughout Europe and Scandinavia and is an accredited F.E.I. veterinarian.


Long Island/Wellington

Isaiah Robinson,DVM

A native of Vermont, Dr. Isaiah Robinson attended the University of Vermont for his undergraduate education. He then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and completed his clinical training at Texas A&M in College station, TX.

Upon Graduation in June 2007, he received the Large Animal Proficiency Award and the Large Animal Surgery Team Award. Following graduation Dr. Robinson completed a year-long Sport Horse Medicine and Surgery internship at Estrella Equine Hospital in Paso Robles, on the central coast of California.

True to his roots, in his free time Isaiah enjoys golf, fishing and furniture building. While in California, Dr. Robinson had the opportunity to put his wood working skills to good use in designing and crafting custom post-operative and therapeutic wooden horseshoes.

Well in line with the practice’s performance horse specialty, Dr. Robinson’s main veterinary interests include lameness, imaging and dentistry.


Long Island

Devita Wooten, DVM

Dr. Wooten hails from sunny California. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry.

She then attended veterinary school at the University of California, Davis, and graduated in 2011. From there, she completed a one year internship and then stayed on as an associate veterinarian at Pacific Crest Equine.

Dr. Wooten joined Miller and Associates in 2016. With her, she brings her experience in advanced dentistry, wellness and preventative care, emergency care and reproduction.

When time permits, Dr. Wooten enjoys taking her car to the racetrack for some spirited driving.



Elizabeth Kilgallon, DVM DACVS

Dr. Kilgallon has a varied and impressive background, with an English literature degree from Princeton University and a veterinary medicine degree from Tufts University.

After her graduation from Tufts, Dr. Kilgallon completed a surgical internship, followed by a residency in large animal surgery, both at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center.

Dr. Kilgallon became board certified in large animal surgery in 1994.



Tiffany Marr, DVM

Dr. Marr graduated with high honors from the Atlantic Veterinary College of Prince Edward Island, Canada, in 2000. Following graduation, she served as an intern at the Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center and accepted an ambulatory associate position at the end of that year. In 2002, Dr. Marr completed the acupuncture program offered at Tufts University.

Dr. Marr resides in Florida during the winter season. During the summer months, she is based in the Westchester, NY location and spends most of her time at shows in the Northeast, Michigan, and Kentucky.

She is a fierce competitor in the amateur-owner jumper division aboard a variety of her own horses.



Kristen darragh, BVM&S

Dr. Kristen Darragh is a native of Orefield, Pennsylvania, she grew up competing in the jumper divisions.

After completing her undergraduate studies at Lafayette College in 2011, Dr. Darragh then attended the University of Edinburgh to complete her veterinarian education graduating in 2015.

Prior to joining the Miller & Associates team, Dr. Darragh completed an internship at the Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, NJ.



Devon Hodge, DVM

Dr. Hodge grew up showing Hunter/Jumpers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, serving as captain of George School’s Varsity Equestrian team. In 2010 she graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Biology. She then went on to earn her DVM from the University of Missouri in 2014.

Following graduation, Dr. Hodge completed an internship at Carolina Equine Hospital in Browns Summit, North Carolina. Not a fan of cold weather, Dr. Hodge then moved to Florida where she worked as an associate veterinarian for the next six years. During that time, she continued her education with advanced courses in equine podiatry, reproduction, and emergency medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Hodge enjoys riding and showing her two OTTBs, and spending time with her children, Reagan (5) and Baron (3).



victoria duggan, DVM

Dr. Duggan hails from Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she grew up riding and showing on the hunter-jumper circuit. She received her undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, before attending veterinary school at the University of Guelph.

Following her graduation in 2020, Dr. Duggan completed a rotating internship with Moore Equine Veterinary Center in Calgary, Alberta, which sparked an interest in sports medicine and surgery.

When she's not working, she enjoys exploring New York and hiking with her dog, Winston.



Elizabeth weber, DVM

Dr. Weber grew up in central New Jersey, where she participated in Pony Club and three-day eventing. Her interest in veterinary medicine started early, and she began shadowing her family veterinarian on large animal calls at the age of 13.

After graduating cum laude from Dartmouth College with a degree in Biological Sciences, Dr. Weber attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated at the top of her class. During her time in vet school, she continued to compete in eventing, moving up to the Intermediate level and completing her first FEI competition with her Thoroughbred ex-racehorse, Chatsworth House.

After finishing veterinary school, Dr. Weber spent several years working for a large racehorse practice in Florida, gaining extensive experience in lameness, diagnostic imaging, and performance horse medicine. During this time, she became certified in animal chiropractic as well as equine acupuncture.

Cailin Drexler

From Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Cailin Drexler spent much of her youth on her family's horse farm, as her mother competed in both show hunters and dressage. She quickly learned that she shared her mother's passion. She got her first pony at age seven and received her competitive foundation in Pony Club before progressing to the show circuit in the hunter, jumper and equitation divisions, in both Canada and the U.S.

Drexler received her veterinary degree from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, Scotland. When she isn't treating her patients, she enjoys cooking, hiking with her dog and riding whenever possible. She calls her time in the saddle, "the best therapy!"

Kim MacKinnon


kim mackinnon, dvm

Dr. Kim MacKinnon hails from Nova Scotia, Canada and attended veterinary school at the Atlantic Veterinary College in PEI. Upon graduation, she completed an internship at a sports medicine practice in Calgary, Alberta, where she continued to practice for the next few years until moving to New York.

Her interests in veterinary medicine include dentistry, preventative care, lameness and internal medicine cases. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, yoga, playing polo and enjoying the outdoors with her two dogs and husband.



Julia Daggett, dvm

Dr. Julia Daggett is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and has been riding horses since the age of five. She grew up showing in equitation and jumpers with her beloved horse, Louie.

She attended undergraduate school in Ohio but returned home to warmer weather as she completed both her master’s program and veterinary school at the University of Florida. Her professional interests include lameness, diagnostic imaging, podiatry, and ophthalmology.

In addition to being a veterinarian, Dr. Daggett is an avid runner and triathlete. She ran competitively in college and competed on Team USA for triathlon in 2018. In her free time, you can find her running, cycling, swimming, reading, and spending time with her tuxedo cat, Bo.

Sarah Todd web

Long Island

sarah todd, dvm

Sarah Todd hails from the great state of Michigan. She served as a two year Captain of the Hiram College Equestrian team where she earned her B.A. in Biology with honors.

She went on to the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine and College of Human Medicine graduating in 2018 as a dual Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Public Health.
Todd served in the Active Duty U.S. Air Force from 2018-2022. She continues to serve as part of the New York Air National Guard with the 106th Rescue Wing at Westhampton Beach.

She enjoys competing as both an eventer and in the hunter/jumper ring. With a passion for improving health and optimizing equine performance, she is an advocate for preventive and wellness care, has pursued sporthorse saddle fitting, and earned her equine acupuncture advanced education.
